Occupational Injuries & Illnesses Report, and Safety Awards

FBA encourages all corrugated manufacturing plants to participate in our annual Corrugated Container Industry - Annual Report of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses, and Safety Awards Program. The report, which compiles recordable injuries and illnesses data for employees engaged in the manufacture of corrugated and solid fiber products, is published every March. It is issued only to companies and plants that participate in the program by providing data.

Get Recognized for Safety Achievements
Plants that participate in the report are also eligible for Annual Corrugated Industry Safety Awards. The Independent Packaging Association - AICC and the Fibre Box Association (FBA) jointly sponsor the Safety Awards Program, making it truly a corrugated industry safety recognition.

Participation is Easy
Participation in the report only requires a submission of your OSHA Form 300A to Stefanie Dozois at sdozois@fibrebox.org or by fax at (847) 364-9639. Forms must be submitted by mid-February.
