Key Performance Indicator Survey
FBA has been producing the Key Performance Indicator Survey (KPI), an important benchmarking tool, since 1992, which includes data on sales/costs/profit ratio, capital, receivables, fixed assets, inventories and other key operating statistics at the corrugated plant level. Below are the parameters for data collection:
- Participating companies provide data for all of their corrugated and solid fibre plants.
- Submitted data is destroyed after compilations are completed and verified.
- All individual company and plant data is held in confidence by FBA and not disclosed in the published reports. The only exception is the company-specific data as distributed to the respective companies.
- Each participating member company’s official representative, data coordinator, and data service committee member will receive the reported results. FBA will distribute additional copies to the member company only with authorization of its official representative.
- The published reports present the compiled data for interpretation by the individual participating company, without any FBA analysis or commentary.
