Fibre Box Association Committees
A significant portion of the Association's work is focused on identifying, understanding and addressing key issues that impact the corrugated industry. To do this, FBA works with member company representatives in a committee structure. Participation on an FBA committee gives you a voice in issues facing the corrugated industry and your business, today and into the future.
The committees are powered by active member company representatives who are willing to volunteer their time, knowledge, expertise and sometimes resources to continuously identify, understand, prioritize and address important issues. Most committees meet one-to-two times a year in person with virtual options for participation.
Standing Committees

- Nominating: Annually develops a slate of officers and directors to recommend to the Board of Directors and general membership. Consists of past FBA officers presently serving on the FBA Board.
- Safety and Health: The FBA Safety and Health Committee brings together members from a variety of companies for an information sharing forum on best practices in the areas of safety and health. This committee allows participants to get expert opinions about issues in their facilities, in areas such as OHSA compliance and plant safety.
- Technical: The largest and most active of all FBA's committees, the technical committee reviews technical developments in the production, shipment and usage of corrugated products. Develops appropriate FBA positions and activities, including numerous technical guidance publications.
